Hi, I’m Paula, a strategic and transformational leader with over 25 years of experience in delivering change, leading transformation programs, and guiding organisations through complex challenges. As the founder of Inicio Success Ltd, I bring a deep commitment to helping businesses not only manage change, but lead it with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Having worked across both public and private sectors, including with the UK Cabinet Office and government ministers, I am known for my ability to thrive in dynamic environments where collaboration, clear thinking, and swift action are essential. From leading multi-million-pound contracts to managing diverse teams across the UK, Europe, and India, my leadership is grounded in both operational excellence and people-first values.

I combine a unique mix of data-driven insight, business strategy, and empathetic leadership, building high-performing teams, supporting future leaders, and fostering cultures that embrace innovation and continuous improvement.

Paula designed and implemented a brand-new change management framework that introduced clear governance, a structured pipeline of change and a consistent approach to delivery. This framework is still in use, demonstrating the quality, practicality and long term value of what she created.
